Management Staff
From early on, we attempt to identify management personalities through Internal Development Centers. This may be followed by national or international talent-pool events with the aim of identifying personnel with management potential. We prefer to find these personalities in-house. Internal hires for management positions total 85%.
Although generally speaking the management staff develop in an internal way, we are open to professionals being capable of bringing proven experience in this scope.
