By submitting your Curriculum Vitae (hereafter, “CV”), and in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations, being those the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of personal data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, we understand that you consent to the process of your personal data by Knorr-Bremse España, S.A. (hereafter, “Knorr-Bremse España”). The purpose of the processing is that Knorr-Bremse España can consider your application and assess it in the selection processes that might suit your profile, either those managed directly by the company or by companies specializing in recruitment services that are hired exclusively for that purpose.

In addition, we inform you that your CV will be stored by Knorr-Bremse España until the end of the ongoing selection process, as well as for those processes that could be carried out in the next 12 months, provided that you are not hired. After this period, the data will be physically destroyed.
Furthermore, we inform you that you may withdraw your consent at any time, as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and object, by sending a written communication to Knorr-Bremse España at the aforementioned addresses, attaching to your request a copy of your ID card.
We also inform you that you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency regarding the response you have received from Knorr-Bremse when dealing with the respond of your rights exercise.
